Reason: Corrected thread title
Backing dn29626's play here, we are free to title our threads any ol' way we want (within the rules of a family-oriented forum), but.... I skim thread titles, looking for something that either interests me or I feel I might be able (and have the time) to bring something useful to the party. If the thread title doesn't raise an eyebrow, I don't click it and scan the next one. If somebody posts the title "My Hutch mod is a fail, I need input.", I have experience with that problem and I feel I want to help. If that same person were to post "Running problems", that's another glass of water in the lake - because almost everybody on a diesel engine forum has a "running" problem.
I just might feel like not hogging the forum and allow others to help the OP.
If I could append a request to your titling request...
When you post with a title NEED URGENT HELP, or STRANDED, or HELP or similar because you are stranded or broken down along the road (all valid reasons to post as such), once you've gotten going again, please do an advanced edit to your first post and add "- SOLVED" or something similar
Being stranded is like sending up a flare. Almost everyone will jump straight into the thread to see if they can help you get going, are nearby, etc.
By adding "SOLVED" to the title, it allows others who may still be actively stuck to get the priority.
I don't think this is worthy of any kind of rule or whatnot, just a kind request as we all try to watch out for each other
I too typically will just "skim" heck I some times will do the good ol parce the text with command prompt from time to time to see if I can find any thing of "interest" (or I will just look at pictures of trucks hehe) but I will back the statement of DN, please title posts so we can help you!
Wife is doing fantastic (thanks in no small part to the group on FTE), and it sure was nice to have about 10 days off for rest and honey-dos. Thank you for the well-wishing.

That was worth repeating.
If there is a good thing, the good thing about cancer is that it pulls friends, family, and even complete strangers into a loose knit kinship of prayers and hope. We can and will beat this thing.
I have a V code 5.4. Do I have to use another flex fuel engine or are there other options?
I do not use e85 and would not be bothered to see all ethanol removed.
Welcome to FTE!
You've stumbled into the diesel forum, where we burn oil, sometimes veg oil, and just about anything else the stations see fit to stick into our fuel- except lubricating sulfur!
