I have a 91 F350 4X4 CCLB and an E4OD W a Dead 460, Possible Donor truck, I wanted to know what it would take to put the Front Axle and Transfer case under my 2000 2WD Extended Cab Superduty Shortbed W 7.3 and 4R100?
Can the rear shaft and Adapter from the E4OD be used to rework the 4R100 to work with the BW1356?
From my research there are a number of rebuilders using the 4R100 Internals in the E4OD so I would think it would work.
I realize that the Front Axle Hub Bolt pattern is different, (OBS) but it is a Kingpin front end W Warn Manual Hubs and I already own it, I figure that I could regear the rear axle to match the front and use some steel adapters to space the Rear wheels out and change to the OBS bolt pattern to keep the rear Discs.
