Yesterday while installing the front fender liners on my truck, I noticed an installation error from the factory.
I noticed my passenger front coil rubber isolator is not completely sitting inside the coil. About 1/2 of the isolator is on top of the coil and getting smashed between the coil and the coil bucket.
It is an easy fix, but I am worried that the isolator may be damaged and have permanent damage, or even torn.
Should I just fix this myself or take it to the dealer?
Dealer is a hassle, but if it needs to be replaced, I want them to do it under warranty.
