I am in the market for a new truck and I'm looking at the 2017's but I'm a little concerned about how high they stand. I pull a 4 horse gooseneck trailer with my 2000 F250 and there is plenty of room between the gooseneck and the side of the bed but the height difference between my old truck and 2017 might be a problem. The gooseneck is adjustable but there isn't much more room. The dealer has some 2016's with big incentives and those are the same height as my old truck. Just wondering if anyone out there has any issues with the height.

I had a 2015 F350 dually and my Sundowner gooseneck trailer(see another thread here 2017 F450 first impressions for pics) and traded for a 2017 F450 and there was very little difference that I noticed in clearance and I made no adjustments to the gooseneck. I would surmise that you would likely be ok.
Hooked up to my EBY 3-horse today. Have a little less clearance then on my 2010, but still have plenty. On my equipment trailer on the other hand, I need to figure out how to make some more room. Because I've taken it places with my 2010 that almost used all the clearance. I'll have to see if I can lift it come spring.
