i found wells coil packs at autozone for $54.99. has anyone used any other than from ford

I used one on my 96 Windstar awhile back. It hasn't failed me yet. It is a 6 in 1 coil pack.

Wells is a good manufacturer and these are probably good, especially at the price. My only concern is that these have been a weak point for Ford, and hopefully, the latest Motorcraft units will have solved the problem.

Ford has layers of discounts built into their retail prices. If you ask nice, they might give you some. My dealer did.
