so in that area nothing can be there to open and close

(That fold and unfold the panels) It is as simple to do and only involves hitting a quick-release latch on the passenger side. Let me know if you have any additional questions about it. I really like it so far, although I haven't really had many opening and closing cycles, as I haven't been carrying anything.
How it opens
With the tailgate open
Cover open
Small amount of bed taken
A picture of one of the brackets
You can not have anything in bed in that area to open or close , or it will bind up
Will the support brackets interfere with the front box link brackets? If so this may be the deciding factor on not ordering the Peragon Bed Cover.
Sorry for the darker pictures, and I probably have this link adapter on wrong (since I couldn't get it to lock all the way) but you get the point. There is no issue hooking it up and there is plenty of room, but tying to it is a different issue that depends on the load you are tying down. I hope these pictures help. I took as many pictures as I could to show all different angles.

There is certainly a small portion in the bed that you can't have anything too high, or you will not be able to open the cover since it won't be able to go down far enough. Sorry it's a little dark, but it looks like you have about 9 inches that you can put stuff...anything higher and the cover won't go down far enough to begin to slide back.
Any issues with opening/closing the tailgate with the cover?
On my install it looks as though both the front lower bed tie downs and the bed link are pretty much unusable with the brackets. The strapswould have to be routed just so to not interfere with the brackets.
As a side note I went through my favorite car wash today for the first time with the cover. Got to the air dry and the air flow put enough force on the front panel to cause it to open. So I recommend locking the cover before going through a car wash.
