A/C Air Flow Problem

When I turn the selector **** in my 93 Bronco to MAX A/C, everything works fine as long as the engine is idling. However, when I begin to drive (engine RPM's increase), the cold air stops coming out from under the dashboard and starts coming out through the defrost vents on top of the dashboard. When I set the switch to NORMAL A/C, everything works fine. Anyone have a clue what's going on here?

Vacuum line problem - either loose at a fitting or a broken/cracked line. Air from the defrosters is the default setting for vacuum line problems.

Yes, vacuum leak. It could be that since it only happens in max ac, the line to the recirc door is the culprit, or the actuator itself. It could also be the vacuum switch itself.
