Question Climate control selector

The climate control selector has stopped working. when I turn the heat or A/C on it only comes out the defroster. I'm unable to change to the floor or dashboard. Does anyone have an Idea on this issue.

As of now I have checked the fuses and all appears good and there wasn't an applicable relay. Is it possible for the electronic blend acuator to be bad and in need of replacement?

the air routes to the ducts thru doors controlled by vacuum cylinders. you have a vacuum leak and the cylinders will not work. the default is to go to defrost. Check vacuum lines on firewall in front of glove box, check vacuum canister in passengers fender well... If all else failes, check contoller on dash for internal leaking.
