400 crankshaft shot
Does anyone know where I can find a crankshaft for a 400 that hasn't been machined? Mine is ruined after bad torque converter clearance (had no idea there was such thing) took my cranks endplay from .010 to .2 and made a groove in the counterweight. I am in need of a new one asap and have had no luck, even posted in the WTB section with no results. Help!

Find a good crankshaft shop, that is rebuildable.

Okay. I was curious to see if it was something that could be welded and turned down. Is that what you mean when you say rebuildable?
