Not sure what you mean by "flat backs" if they are vertical in the front and rear walls, they are not for dually's.

I have two spare sets of Flareside fenders as spares for my 85, 'cause there are no reproductions for the 80's Flareside bed.
According to my wife, "I don't know much" but I do know flaresides, having rebuilt 3 of them.....(the one shown, I have now, I built from "spare parts"!)
Any way you cut it that is a sweet ride. Great job.

After looking at a few on that site and saw the dates they got them, some over a year ago, I would start calling ones close and work my way out.
Think I saw 1 from PA and if they still had it would be an overnight trip. I have done from NC to CT and back to NC as an over night pulling a trailer empty up full back.
What kills me how good them junk yard trucks look compared to what I started with!

Yeah, I'm at that starting point! I saw that one,but it's had 5 more PA winters on it. I'll kick any other mid south leads your way that I see. A student has a cousin that might have a tailgate and beat up bed for me. Chippin away.
