I called them line-X dealer this morning, they said that this has never happened before. But to bring it in and they would look at. They seemed like they want to fix it on the phone. Well See, I'll keep you guys posted.

"they said that this has never happened before"
I've certainly heard this line a few times before.
Hopefully they make it right.
Good luck.
DUH! It never happened before! That's because they never had the tool until now to take the bolts out! They turned a bunch of "ding bats" loose on your truck and then play dumb. Nice business practice. Where is this place? People need to avoid this one. My local Line-X dealer is a Top Notch operation to say the least. They wouldn't side step or mealy mouth a mistake like this.
I'm sorry to be outspoken here, but you have a very expensive and classy truck there. It has to be very disheartening to hand over an $80,000 truck to someone and have this kind of thing happen to it, and to top it off, PAY to have it done.
I appreciate the feelings. I was very discouraged to discover this and really disappointed that someone would treat someone else's property with so little care. Especially considering that yes it pretty much is a 80K truck and I absolutely love it. I am way passed pissed at this point. I am more concerned about having 2 week old truck that I have not even made the first payment on with a totally twisted bed. I only hope it its flexible enough to bounce back straight when tightened down properly. For anyone who cares this was done at Line-X of Katy in Houston TX. I have not contacted line-x corporate yet i'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it first. But I will raise hell if I have to and if the damage is permanent. I hope people read this thread and keep an eye for something like this on your trucks. BTW if someone could shoot a quick pic of the space where the bottom of the bed rails meet the frame I would really like to know what its supposed to look like before I take it to them. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys.
Guys im so relieved, its fixed. I went back to line-x this afternoon and in thier defense they did not bs me or anything. They looked at it and said immediatly "thats not right" grabbed the keys and took it back. After pulling the bed bolts again and taking a closer look they determined that when they lost the clip in the frame and put it back on they put it on upside down. So the back left bed was actually sitting on the clip and not the frame. They flipped it over and rebolted it and its all straight again. Thx for all the input guys. Such a big relief. They where really nice and apologetic and stood behind behind thier work. Mistakes are made all the time but they stepped up and fixed it.

Thx I got the premium plus UV. Thats the tougher version than standard plus uv protection. Out the door price including tax was 628. I plan on doing a bed cover eventually but it could be a while so decided to get uv protection just in case a while turned into 2 years lol. I have never had Line-x before I think the last few spray ins where rhino. So far im happy with it its stood up to shovels and wheel barrels being dragged in out of repeatadly without a scratch. I also on occasion slide in palletts usually in 800 to 1200 lb range. That will be the real test but its seem very tough so far. Its also more shiny then I remember the rhino linings being.
After seeing your post I told the line-x guys today to leave my bolts in and spray over them. I don't plan on removing my bed and if I do I it will be because of damage which means the insurance company will have to deal with it.
