Bad backup camera
2015 KR supercrew 360 camera at first just different colored vertical lines. then it would start working again. Now it like it takes a picture when you put it in reverse and that is it. But most of the time its just lines. Has been in the shop at least 8 times putting on different parts. Now it will not work at all Now Ford is saying that all the camera's have to be lined for it to work and that is a special tool. Just feel that I'm getting the run around. Has anyone had this problem and was there a fix?

I had some work done recently and it came back with the scratchy lines you're talking about. They unplugged the power source/plug for the camera at the bottom of the bed and found there was moisture inside the plug itself. A quick blast of air and heat and problem solved.
