Just died
Though I would pass this along. 2001 f250 7.3 power stroke. Left it parked and running came out and it had died. It would not restart. Turned over great but no start. Came here and did some reading. And got some diagnostic tips. Next morning checked for the tin nut on the IPR. It was in place. Checked for fuel flow had good fuel flow. At this point it would hit a little bit but not start and run. Finally it wouldn't do that noticed tach not moving. Had oil pressure and wait to start working. Went and got a cps for it replaced it and it fired right up. It is a BWD brand. But that is all I could get in town. I have ordered a ford cps will have it on hand just in case..
