I have a 2008 ford f-150 with the 5.4 yesterday I was driving it and the service engine light came on it started running real sluggish so took it to a shop to what the code was and it said it was code

intake manifold runner control stuck open bank 1
has anybody had this tk happen if so what's the fix and how hard is it to change thanks
