Roof leak rot and soft floors are the two biggest walk-away things to me, since those are the two things that pretty much can't be fixed. Check around the toilet, and go over the roof with a fine tooth comb, especially around vents and AC units. Also check for skin cracks in the neck, that can indicate some frame problems. Run the sliders in and out, etc.
Beyond that, they are pretty repairable - if you want to. I think RV's are the only thing I've ever seen that depreciate faster than a snowmobile.
