The TPMS and Trailer camera are shipped separately and are usually in the parts department. (My dealer forgot to give me mine and had to mail them to me.)
EDIT: The TTP provides the technology but not the camera or TPMS.

Some noted when towing with a fifth wheel: The BLIS turns off. It only works with a bumper pull trailer. You also don't get use of the trailer reverse guidance when using a 5th wheel. Only bumper pull. To utilize the reverse guidance it comes with some decals you have to apply to the trailer in order for the system to know how to turn etc.
I have not installed the TPMS or Camera on my 5th wheel.

I am pretty sure the difference with the UTTC and the Tow Tech Package is that the UTTC does come with the camera and TPMS.... the TTP provides the technology but not the camera or TPMS.
Yes, you should have gotten the camera and TPMS if your truck has the UTTC.

I'm not sure that's correct what you're saying that the UTCC comes with camera and TPMS and TTP doesn't. The TTP is actually the higher package and the UTTC comes standard as part of the TTP so I can't imagine you'd get camera and TPMS for the UTTC and not the TTP. From my understanding though I thought that neither came with the camera/TPMS and you actually had to order it separately. There's definitely been mixed reports on here though. Some say they got it and some say they didn't.

You are correct. The trailer camera and the TPMS have to be ordered separately. They are not in any package.

I stand corrected. I went and looked at my build sheet for my truck: If you look at the package options on the build site there is a package called Individual Trailer TPMS/Trailer Camera Prep Kit for $725. That is the kit. However, in order for that to work I am pretty sure you need to have the Tow Tech Package ($1935, this price has gone up $200 since October). There is another package called Trailer Camera Prep Kit ($375) that doesn't include the TPMS.

I was actually hoping everyone else was right and I was wrong so I would be pleasantly surprised when I got the camera when I take delivery of my truck.

That camera HAS to be able to be ordered separately.

What if we buy multiple new trailers and want to put a camera on each one?

It's a physical device like a gearbox reduction system. Sure electronics and software play a part but it's not something that could be added after.
