I bought a 1995 Ford Ranger with 142,00 miles on it. That speaks a lot about the durability of this truck. It looks and runs good. It had a leak in the radiator that got progressively worse, so I replaced it with a new one. I now have an "Engine On" light that according to my OBD-II code reader says, "Low EGR flow". This light does not come on when I start up cold and continue to drive without stopping. If I stop for a short time and continue to drive, the light will come on shortly after. I have checked or had checked the EGR valve, the ECV control. the back pressure transducer and all associated hosing. Everything seems to be okay. Somehow I feel it's connected to the fact I put in a new radiator. According to the temperature coolant gauge, it's running about the same temperature as it was before I replaced the radiator. Any ideas?
