The part number I listed is the correct one.

I believe 3m adhesion promotor # 06396 is the solution for the plastic adhesion.

Do you remember which 3m tape you used ? there are about 400 different ones .

I used the 3m outdoor extra strength tape. I did use the 3m prep also. Guess I will have to try again.
