dead in the water////
Hi my 96,f150,4.9 manual,with a new dist.,module,has been running fine,until today it just cutoff,running 60 mph. it just died,after about an hour it started right up ran fine for the rest of the day,ran abt. 50 miles..does any one have idea what???

I had a jeep with a aftermarket distributor that would do that,
I had paid someone to replace it one time, and they changed some parts inside of the distributor,
needless to say, one day I went to turn the Jeep off, and it kept running!
when it did run it would cut off randomly and blow up the distributors internal parts,
you have a wiring problem...... I think.
