hydraulic adjustable blocks

why doesnt anyone make hyraulic adjustable blocks? They would be like bottle jacks that were welded to the axle and the springs would bolt to the top. everything weould need to be really reinforced but then you could jack up the rear of your truck with a few pumps if it was under heavy load. There would be no air lines to mess with or anything. What do you guys think?
