1995 Explorer 4x4 module dealer

1995 Explorer 4x4 module dealer
So my 4x4 lights are blinking and no 4 wheel drive except if it has sat (turned off) for awhile with the switch on 4x4low and when its started its in 4x4low. The front end is engaged (turns rough) and its in low range. I can't get it to go into 4High though. I can't find the module on-line or at a local parts dealer (NAPA and friends). Anyone have link or line on someone that would carry these now? I haven't located mine yet to get the part #

So I don't see a 4x4 module anywhere in the explorer and on an ask/answer site the tech says the 4x4 is controlled by the GEM module. It controls other features like power windows and locks I think and is located behind the radio. Does anyone know on a 1995 explorer what controls the 4x4?
