I replaced #1 injector today and found cracks on
#1 and #3 valve bridges. What is my course of action I should take to replace these. Is it possible to replace without removing the head. I am not studded but don't really have the funds at this time to do so. Is it possible to remove the head bolt and replace without comprising the head gasket.
I could be wrong but I don't think that's a crack. I think that's just casting imperfection. Look in your 2nd picture to the left of the "E". Basically the same thing going on there. Also if that's a crack, it's going perpendicular to the application of force which doesn't make any sense.
1) As said that's not a crack, so no need to replace the valve bridges.
2) For posterity, there's a tool that lets you remove the rocker arms and valve bridges without removing the head bolt:
