Is the interior the same as the f150 KR as far as the color of the seats and dash? I know its not exactly the same as far as the features I'm just curious as the color. I would like to see the interior of one but none of the dealerships around me have a 2017 super duty KR but they have F150 KR.

go online to Ford.com and build one it will show you exactly what the interior and exterior looks like even with the custom options you pick
Well my 2014 f150 KR was more orange color than brown. And I like to see the color in person and not by the computer cause the blue jean color online isn't even close to the real color in person. So the KR seats are more brown now? I sure hope so.
The KR brown is similar to that of the older F150 Platinum (a soft, rich brown). The SD Platinum Brunello cast a definite reddish tone - not my fav which is why I went with the black interior. Too each their own.
For the 2017 KR...the Ford color is officially "Java". I would look at the 150 to see what the interior color is listed by Ford. It might be slightly off from the new 2017 King Ranch in the 250/350/450s.
When I looked at the KR, the one thing I was really disappointed in was the wood grain color on the doors and center console. Very orange looking and poor wood grain. It might be some exotic wood, I just didn't care for it. I think the Lariat has the best wood grain accents.
And there are just too many flying Ws everywhere.
I did like the tone of the brown leather etc. very nice color.
It is still tempting because I can get the Chrome package and the retracting steps.
The wood grain is actually a genuine thin wood veneer in the KR and Platinum trucks, while it is a fake (printed) wood in the Lariat. The KR and Platinum use different veneers from each other. I prefer the Platinum wood the most. At some point, I may purchase the 4 door wood pieces and console cover for a Platinum and retrofit my Lariat.
I don't care for the new King Ranch interior. It is nice, no doubt...but making the dash / steering column / doors rendered in brown plastic doesn't look as nice in my opinion.
A 2016 King Ranch used Lariat black in the dash, doors, steering column...but added a lot of extra wood and a little extra leather. Note that the 2017 King Ranch gets no *additional* wood from a Lariat...just real wood. The wood in the 2016 King Ranch was completely fake, but relatively convincing. By not changing the dash / door trim color, it let you focus on the seats, center console, steering wheel, and added wood. I really felt like the 2016 seemed special and the 2017 seems a bit contrived. I also felt like it was more upscale and special to have the rear heated seat switches in the doors instead of the back of the console, but that was not limited to just the King Ranch...
I was concerned that it would be to orange for me after reading the posts on here. And I also was concerned about the "W" being to bold and orange. I'm extremely happy with the color as I do not find it to be "orange". The Ws are subdued enough for me not to mind them. They help with bringing out the contrast stitching which I also find not to be too orange but blends well. Each person has their own taste but I'm very pleased with the color and look.
The pictures above are the closest I've seen on any website to the actual color of mine. And in person, I think mine is just a shade or two darker.
I don't care for the new King Ranch interior. It is nice, no doubt...
I'm starting to agree... I have an 04' King Ranch and like that interior better, albeit dated now... I can't get over the combo of the Dark Leather seats and trim in contrast with the Silver dash and door trim pieces... Silver, really...? I would have preferred Black over Silver, but that's just me... I suppose they could all be painted afterwards as a huge PITA project...
