My new to me Excursion
I found this Excursion in Georgia yesterday and drove down to drive it, and pulled the trigger . It's a one owner 7.3 powerstroke with barely over 200k. It has all the service records with it as well and looks to have been really taken care of. The steering is as tight as a new one and after driving multiple ones the last few weeks, it surprises me.
Only flaws are, The overhead console has a broken cover piece at the back of it. Not sure if this is replaceable or not? And it has some fading of the paint on small spot of hood. It's unbelievably clean inside and the leather isn't even ripped. I assume the drivers side has been replaced.
I'm happy to be back in one after 5 or 6 years. I sold our old V10 one way back then and have regretted it ever since..

Good luck. Searching is just as fun as finally finding one.
Thanks guys. Got an appointment with my diesel guy Monday to get an exaust and intake done. I'll share pics if anyone's interested.
Can't wait for the first family trip in a few weeks..

What kind of exhaust did you decide?

Probably a 4" mbrp with a 5" tip, I'll go 5" if it will fit.
Any recommendations otherwise?
Thanks

Any junkyard with an expedition overhead console should have that lens. They share the same overhead console.
