Couldnt stand not being level with the trailer. I really like the stance now. 35 x12.50 20s. Kept factory rake. Bilstein 5160s are awesome.

Yes. The rake is back to stock so its level with the trailer on. I used an Icon block. They're real nice fabricated ones with a bump stop pad. Any brand would work though.

Surprisingly non existant. I took off hardfrom a light and spun the tires half a turn and thete wasnt any hop. Ive been putting 5 inchers on my superduties for the last 10 trucks and never had a problem. The rear spring is angled with the front down on these trucks. Maybe that resists hop too.

The factory block is tapered - the Icon is not. I've been running the 5" block for the past couple trucks too -but looks like the factory on the 17 is only 3.35" or so? Maybe a stock block from the previous gen 350 would work?

The factory block was tapered for pinion angle. Any type of lift requires preserving the pinion angle. Lots of lifts come with blocks that start about 2.5 degrees.

I have 3 2016s 2 are duallys and they all have Icon blocks. Ive never had an issue with vibration. Both duallys have 34.5" tires on 19.5 rims. All the trucks tow 10 to 25k everyday.

I'm not a fan of tall blocks or stacking blocks. In my FJ40 rock crawler they are a no go.
I wouldn't run anything taller than what the factory has now.
I will buy a 2018 and run a 4 inch lift. But with rear springs and possibly bags.
Personal preference.

Sorry, off topic:

Are those '08-'10 wheels? That looks fantastic! Probably my favorite Ford truck wheel since the '97 F250/F350.

Not sure that would work. The '11 thru '16 rear F350 blocks are classified as 4". However, think they measure closer to 3.5" or 3.75". Short of the 5".
