E4OD shift kit recommendations
I am looking at getting a shift kit and see there is an electronic one and a mechanical one. I was just wondering what the tranny experts would recommend. What I am looking for is firmer and faster shifts. I use the truck for towing and I don't need to bark the tires when shifting but I don't want it to go into neutral then to the next gear like it does now( no it's not quite that bad but its close). I am an old school guy so this electronics stuff I do not know real well, I know enough to be dangerous. Any and all thoughts welcome.

I installed a Trans-go Tugger kit in my f250 about 4 months ago.Shifts are a little firmer but not harsh at all.
Took about 3 hours to do,instructions are very clear.I think the kit was around $100.

I installed the same one I'm my F150. Shifts are much more firm, but as stated not harsh. No feeling of the transmission slipping into the next speed. Note that the install of this kit does involve dropping the pan, valve body, accumulator body and the separator plate. You then have some drilling to do as well as swapping springs. The kit comes with parts for the pump as well, but I opted to not drop the transmission so they were not installed.
