What could this be for?

I have a 99 ford f250 super duty and my horn stopped working so I wanted to just look to see what I can find, and I came across this. I don't think it has anything to do with the horn but I'd still like to put it in its right spot. Does anybody know where it goes? Or if it's even used?

Its the wire for the key in switch buzzer. Some one unhooked it so the buzzer stops working when the key is left in the switch. Hope that helps..
