I noticed that FICM by Ed is now selling IPR's stuff, I wonder if Vince is trying to be a distributer and not a seller.
I have had IPR stuff for 2 years now and again, no real problem. If he is now using a CNC shop in China now and not California I will be disappointed. I know he expressed frustration about the CA laws and EPA requirements limiting his access to people to machine items for him.
