How often do you bug ford chat?

How often do you bug ford chat?
I was told by ford chat Monday to expect my truck on the 29th and it was built on the 15th according to etis. Etis just has the build date and nothing more about the truck.

Until it was built I usually hit them up on Mon & Thurs. After it was built, it was every other day. It is on a rail car now so it us useless to bother them. Now it's bother the rail line time
Elis usually doesn't populate for a few days after build so I would't worry about it.

Yea I'm getting anxious. I have a trip to Kentucky Sunday to go hunting with some family. We may get our first here in Ohio Saturday.. All I have to drive right now is a 13 gt500 and a 16 z06. Both of those are a no no in the snow. I hope this truck arrives soon.

I used Ford Chat tonight for the first time. They weren't much help. Didn't even give me an update on the build date.

I call them every Friday!
They started to say "you have e called a few times.."
My answer was " if I don't call, will you update me if the
truck fall behind schedule as it has already three times?"
(Wait for wait for it ! ). I then hear crickets playing in the background
"Yup I thought so! " So I will keep calling for the update"

Dumb question here, I searched around the forum and did not see a link for ford chat. What number or site are you guys going to for this? I would like to keep a little tighter track of my truck order since I have one that I am selling and would like to have a better idea of when I may be able to expect my new one. The build date is set for next week and my dealer expects it mid December, but Im not holding my breath on this. If it really does roll in Mid December, I gotta get my old one sold pretty quick here!
