My projects

Just thought I would try and post some pictures of some of my projects past and current. The orange one is a 67 f-100 custom cab camper special that I bought for 1200.00 not running. Two years later of part time work, I sold it for a handsome profit. Went through it front to back and inside and out.

The turquoise and white one is a 69 f-250 custom cab camper special that has been sitting at least 10 years in a parking lot unnoticed and again, not running. I paid 500.00 for it, sold the camper shell off of it for 200.00 immediately. It is in the process of engine overhaul, complete brake and suspension overhaul, interior updates etc. It has one dent in the left side and no rust. The bed has been covered with a camper shell and has rarely seen the light of day, it's still shiny and dent free. This is the one I've had the auxiliary fuel tank and sender issues with.

The yellow one that is beat to hell is one I bought in Oregon 200 miles away for 250.00. It runs but knocks. It is a 67-F100 4x4 custom cab. It was a one owner and spent it's entire life on a cattle ranch and boy does it look like it. Most of the body panels will have to be replaced such as the doors, fenders, grill, hood etc. The cab is in pretty good shape and the running gear is what makes the value of this truck anyway. Those body items can be picked up cheaply if you keep your eyes open and make it your mission. This one will get a complete body off restoration. I pick up pieces here and there for it. The other day I bought a 67 only radio, bezel, perfect defroster hoses and all the heater control cables for 50.00! I bought an almost perfect grill, upper valence panel, lower valence panel and some side molding for this truck for 50.00! You just have to check the ads daily and be ready to pounce.
