Hi...I'm TR....Anyone had problem changing the fuel filter on the frame and can't make the drain valve stop leaking?

If you took the drain valve out too far it could have an O-ring that's not sealing up inside. If you mean it keeps running and you can't drain the bowl to change the filter, just loosen the bowl about 3 turns.
Good luck TR....

Like others have said, You have to unscrew the hosing several turns after opening the drain or it pulls a vacuum while draining and will drain your fuel tank.

Also, if I recall correctly, there are two green orings on the drain plug. you might examine it to make sure they didn't get wrinkled, or pushed out of their grooves

I have a 2016 F550, The "o" rings and the yellow drain plug look perfect....so I must have messed something up in the hsg

You can get online and verify that those part numbers are correct for your F550. I would assume so, but we all know what that leads too...

Yes. You can go online at this Ford dealer, and put your year/make/model/vin and cross reference the part numbers to make sure that they are correct for your vehicle.

I just went to that Ford site, and they don't have a dropdown for F550, however you may be able to drop your vin number in there to verify.
