Vacuum modulator vacuum source

I have a 1996 F350,460 CI (4WD) with a C6 automatic. My question is where does the vacuum line from the modulator get it's vacuum source from? Another words where does the line go to -manifold?? I don't see an empty nipple.

It needs manifold vacuum. It is usually connected to a vacuum tree.

C6 vacuum modulator

Thank you. I found a nipple between the distributor and throttle body that was capped.
