Not your normal broken door
Take a look at how my '12 expedition driver door broke. The plastic is missing and now the roller on the track is not smooth. Not sure how to fix this. I'm looking for ideas

Looks like its called a "door check assembly" or "door arm". I decided to order it from the dealer since Ive read that some aftermarket arms are different lengths not allowing the door to open all the way. Here is a good video:
