Just wondering how to attach a smog pump on a 1979 Ford F100 in which an engine from a 1985 Lincoln Mark 7 was installed. Hipo. I looked everywhere and can't get a definitive answer. I have this bracket, but that's not enough to hold it in place. Help? Thanks.
The bottom bracket is for the pump, but it ain't enough.

Geez Louise! This is the 2nd thread you've typed on this topic. Why are you asking this same question again?
If you think you going to get further info on the Mark VII parts from FTE members, be aware that, AFAIK .. I'm the only FTE member with the 1980/89 Ford & L/M Passenger Car Parts Catalog.
Beg to differ but it's not the same question. And also, I asked you a further question about the way the second hose is attached. I understand it's the weekend, and so I didn't post that question in this one. This one is about the bracket. I never asked you about that. I been taught not to be insolent. But I also been taught to offer an explanation. My English, ... I've been told that I do non-sequitors. I'm very aware of that, and try very, very hard to make myself clear. I'd go down the drain if I wasn't at least 95 percent clear. You've been very helpful, and I don't want to get on your wrong side. Just offering an explanation.
