My F350 makes a noise that sounds like a vacuum leak when the wheel is turned all the way left or right. Is that normal? Does everyone else's do the same thing?

All power steering does that: It is a pressure relief valve protecting the seals when at full lock. Best to back off enough to stop the sound and save the relief valve, although I have never heard of one going bad it sounds amateur to continue at full lock.

Mine does, and my two previous 2016 diesels did not. In fact, mine kind of makes a whining noise without even turning to full lock. No adaptive steering on my truck.
After driving 4 different Super Duties of the previous generation, my first thought after picking up this truck is that something was wrong with the power steering. I'm still planning on asking the dealer to check it out when it eventually goes in for an oil change.

Did you check the P/S fluid level? Even a few ounces low can cause the pump to whine.
