Tie Rod

2003 F350 SD 4x4.

What's the proper name?
Is the tie rod coming off the pitmam arm considered inner or outer?
Is it considered shortend drag link?
Should I buy Moog or go to Ford for this part?
I was doing and oil change the other day and I noticed a lot of grease had pushed out of the rubber, so I had my son turn the steering wheel a little and the joint is moving up and to the side about 1/4" before it moves the rest of the linkage. There may be other worn parts too, but I want to start with this one, because the others look to be ok. I have some inside tire wear though so It may also need new ball joints or need the camber adjusted.

Drag link. I replaced mine with one from Napa haven't had any issues since. If you measure carefully you shouldn't need an alignment
