Picked up a 2006 F350 CC LB 4x4 KR that's having a small A/C issues. If I set the temperature to anything but 60 it goes to straight heat. When it's set to 60 it is putting out some nice cold air but any other temp turns it into an oven. Any ideas? Wondering if maybe there's an issue with the blend door or vacuum pump.
Heater control valve is cycling and vacuum pump is working. I can't hear the blend door moving and haven't been able to find a procedure to recalibrate the doors besides unhooking the batteries. Guess I'll do that tomorrow and see if it helps. Getting real tired of working on cars recently. 2 radiators (including a new all aluminum in the truck), water pump, crankshaft sensor, and a turbo.
