2008 Expedition Issue - Please Help
I have had an issue where the shifter will not allow me to move it from park.
I changed the breaklight switch and that fixed it temporarily. The problem happened again so I took the switch back to autozone and got a new one. This fixed it but now it is doing it again. I have been able to bypass the switch using a wire to jump the 12v wire to the ground in the plug that goes into the swith. This allows me to put the truck in gear. Anybody know if there is something else causing this or am I just having bad luck with the switches?
