Just got a 2016 350. I was spoiled by the HID headlights in my 2013. 150. I went looking and it appears there are quite a few options from simple bulb/ballast replacement to full light assembly with dual beams.
I'd like to hear from people who have done this modification including what you used and the experience you had.
If you're contemplating having it done, check out this thread. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...eadlights.html
Tony also has a group buy for LED fogs right now too. Same thread.
Anyways, several guys have had him do it and can give you feedback.

All I have for you is don't buy these: HID Xenon + 11-16 Ford F250 / F350 / F450 Superduty CCFL Angel Eye LED Projector Headlights - Chrome
Put them in my 2014. They did not make the cut for my 2016.
High beams are OK, low beams very tricky to adjust. Low beams also take a few seconds to reach full intensity when you first turn the lights on and when you switch from high back to low.
Maybe some of that is to be expected for this type of light and it's just my ignorance. But I didn't care for them and they're on CL. If anyone here is interested I'll let them go for way less than the price shown in the link.
Forget HID"s they scatter in halogen housings too much. Get LED's which can be had with cooling straps now rather than the fans which take up alot of space. They're also instant on off.
running hid's in my
15 screw with minimal, if any light scattering..got them from ddm tuning & they're extremely reasonable with respect to price. so much so, that I replaced the fogs with hid's as well
only issue I had was the length of the harness ended up being about 3" too short on one side..easy splice.
with the fords, the bulbs are opposite, so the connectors have to be reversed, not as the originals were
