C3DZ-3790-A .. Steering Column Extension, takes the place of the 3 speed or A/T shift collar when a 4 speed is installed / Obsolete ~ No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

1961/66 F100/250 2WD 4 Speed / 1962/66 Fairlane & 1963/66 Falcon with floor shift / 1965/66 Mustang (all A/T & M/T shift levers located on the floor) / 1966 F100 4WD 4 Speed / 1967/77 F100/350 4 Speed.

Over 600,000 1965/66 Mustangs were assembled, so it's not that hard to find one of these used extensions.
