Surging then dies
Greetings,
My high mileage 2002 with a 5.4 all of the sudden started this surging issue and now dies all together after running and surging for a few seconds. I just bought it, drove it 275 miles, ran great the whole way and for a few days around town. Now it all of the sudden started this. Fuel Filter? Fuel Pump? What do y'all think?

I think you need to code scan it and check fuel pressure.

The MAF had pulled out of the K&N set up installed by the previous owner. Fixed, runs like a champ.
