I have two spacers (check photo ) underneath the carb. It's that right? And look! A nut is loose. Anyway, I'm replacing the Carburetor today. Do I need to replace those? I got a new gasket with the carburetor. And thanks die the help!

They are not spacers per say the top one is a gasket/insulator used to seal the carb gasket and insulate it from the heat of the EGR plate, under that is the EGR plate, and under the EGR plate is also a gasket.
the egr plate i would for sure keep( unless you delete the whole egr system) i am unsure as to whether or not to keep the insulator or not, i'd at least replace it if its needed.

You need to keep it EGR plate or not is has to be there. It is there to insulate the carb from engine/EGR heat. With out it you will likely experience issues with over heating the carb and the fuel in it.
