I ordered a king pin set and it did not come with a bushing I need and I can't find it on my own. I have attached a photo of what I need. A source for this bushing would be most helpful.
I am going to just remove the front axle and have a machine shop install them. I don't have a hone/reamer. Thanks.
NumbersDummy Thanks for the response. Those bushings ( 1 5/6") go on the steering knuckle. I need the ones that go in the axle and are about 2 3/8 inches long. You are a great resource. Thanks for your help.

There isn't anything else, B7C-3110-A is the only bushing. Takes 4 of them, 2 per side.
The spindle fits onto the axle, the king pins go thru the spindle and axle, the bushings fit into both ends of each spindle.
OK Thanks. The ones in the axle are bad. I can replace the ones in the spindles, but that won't fix the problem. I wonder if I can press 2 of the 1-15/16 into the axle on each side? Thanks again.

There are only 4 bushings, 2 per side. These are pressed into the spindles from the top and bottom.
If your spindles have 4, and there are additional bushings on the pin as it passes thru the axle, that's incorrect.
I am with ND there is no bushing in axle eye. I have changed plenty of kingpins over the years, seen some with loose hole proably from using rosebud to get out. Besides bushing will have to be as hard as axle to keep from egging out then axle end will be thin.
What makes you think the axle is bad? I see some corrosion in the bore. Run a brake hone down this to clean it up and slip a new king pin in to check it. Unless it wobbles in the bore it is ok as it is held by the pinch bolt.
The new pin does wobble in the bore. I've put it all back together and will save the new king pin kit for the next axle. I had a little bit of play on the drivers side when I had the wheels off the ground. Nothing that was noticeable when driving. I'll just move on to my next job, which is replacing the clutch and resealing the tranny. Thanks.
