I have started a build tread for my bullnose conversion on my 4 door bronco. The bronco forum doesn't get much traffic, so I thought I'd show it to you guys. We are about 80% done with the metal work. Just have to bolt on the front clip after that. I would like to do a bullnose interior too, but that will wait until I do my engine and frame swap.
Wow! That's a lot of work.
You made your own hinge plates? (wish these were available for when those cowl seals go)
I like Cleco's
What are you doing about the hood/cowl junction?
Slotted bullnose cowl or a pinhole cowl from a brick?
Can you explain why Centurion made a flat floor in the back?
I'd think the ribs add a lot of stiffness.
Thanks! I have both the slotted cowl and the pinhole one. I'm leaning toward using the pinhole style one.
I don't remember the exact reason for the flat floor. I know that 4 doors were built a few different ways at Centurion, and I believe that stretched broncos still had the ribbed floor.

That is pretty much what it is. They combined a crew cab and a bronco at Centurion's factory.
Updated the thread a little. Quarters are completely on, so it is officially a Bullnose! Now I just need to get going on the front clip swap, and find the right taillights.
