Same on the kit I received. BTW, how's the height setting on yours? I had a lot of trouble with getting the cut line down to an acceptable level. Been working closely with Tony to rectify this situation. As such, my cut line was almost at the top of a 14' box truck from ~50-60'. I've got the lights mounted tilted forward for now after adjusting the screws all the way. I have to give reps to Tony for some excellent follow up and great customer experience so far.
The height is not bad for no adjustment yet. About roof level for a small car and pretty level. They need to come down some. Wednesday when I don't work late I will swap the wires Tony spoke of and try and level the beams. Fortunately it isn't my daily driver so I don't have to blind people at the moment.
Thanks to Mike for helping/doing the brake lines as well as some other things too.
I bought a new "foot" for the fuel pump/sender unit as my EX ran out of fuel just after the light came on. That seems to be the symptom of a bad or missing "foot" according to my reading (and Mike's suggestion). I also bought the blue spring kit for the upgraded fuel pressure and the fuel pressure fitting adapter in case I want a fuel pressure gauge. I also have the sway arm end links and bushings to replace as well as the front passenger seat belt receiver latch.
Upgraded the software of my Joying head unit to resolve OBDII dongle issue. Now the scantools dongle works fine. Here is a screenshot of the gauges I just added. Still need to sort and arrange them as I like. Need to get the coolant/oil temp delta PID and add it as well and set an alarm for it.
Nicmike helped me out again with installing the passenger front seat belt receiver and interior led lights as well as the front sway bar endlinks. Didn't get the bushings replaced as I had the wrong size (twice now). I guess I will try the OEM ones and see if they work. So hard to find stuff for the 2wd it seems. The moogs and AC/Delco ones didn't fit even though they were supposed to be for the 2wd model. The moog endlinks were also a tad too wide and had to be ground down slightly to make them fit in.
