So yesterday i wanted to play with the tuner... I installed the Stage 3 tune and oh man... what a difference in power!!!
Power braking.. not an issue to smoke some rubber...
Boost increased to 22 to 23 psi... Had to back off the throttle just cruising.. Going to take that tune off and go back to the stock or stage 2 which is supposed to be for towing.
I think that stage 3 tune may be one of those that damage the engine if run all the time. I have seen pics of burned and cracked pistons... definitely don't want that.
Get you an EGT gauge, the us a great way to see how "hot" your tunes run, it also lets you know when you need to start backing off the throttle a bit........
