I work for a company that i can get a x-plan from, but have a friend who might be buying a new ford. How can he get one easily that the dealer will accept. They make me show proof of employment along with the pin number

If you're a veteran, the DAV also offers X-plan pricing. https://www.dav.org/
If you're not a tool bag your dealer will be happy to sell you a truck at x plan. Just watch out for crazy high doc fees and stuff. Unlike A,D, and Z plan, a dealer will profit selling to someone who doesn't have x plan and giving that price. It's a pretty fair deal all around with a few bucks on the table depending on how expensive the truck is.
