I work for a company that i can get a x-plan from, but have a friend who might be buying a new ford. How can he get one easily that the dealer will accept. They make me show proof of employment along with the pin number
He would need to act fast as the deal ends right after new years. Might only be time left for those who are willing to take a truck off dealer inventory.
Besides that, one can alternatively join Mustang Car Club of America (I think its $25) or American Quarter Horse Assoc to get xplan pins.

X-Plan pricing is always good - doesn't expire. Pins are valid for one year. The additional $750 rebate however, does expire Jan 3rd of 2017.
If you're not a tool bag your dealer will be happy to sell you a truck at x plan. Just watch out for crazy high doc fees and stuff. Unlike A,D, and Z plan, a dealer will profit selling to someone who doesn't have x plan and giving that price. It's a pretty fair deal all around with a few bucks on the table depending on how expensive the truck is.
