Does anyone know if the OEM Powered Steps can be added on at the Dealer? I haven't found any conclusive information and the dealer isn't sure yet. I'm aware of the AMP versions but they use their own wiring harness and I would prefer to use the OEM harness if possible.
It seems that Ford would have have a plug-in-point somewhere in the cab to drop through the floor. I did find these connectors attached to the frame. Does anyone know what they are for? See pics.

Same question. Would like to add them down the road and OEM plug and play would be awesome.
I installed led lights under my running boards. They light with the open door and slowly dim when the door is closed. Really looks cool.
I think they were originally for the KR's that had lights in their running boards.

No, Ford does not offer a kit for the dealer to install and add on the OEM power steps. That's why your dealer can't find anything.
Could it be pieced together? Probably, but at that point it would be extremely cost prohibitive. Individual components like that are insanely expensive.
