Separating adhesive on transmission plate

95 F350 here. When I did the clutch in my 96 F250, the adhesive was pretty worn down, so the transmission plate from inside the cab was easy to remove. Not the same for my 95 F350. The crap is on there pretty good and I can't cut it apart as none of my knives can reach across the width of the contact between the plate and the cab. Is there an easy way to separate this? I cannot access the top four bolts of the transmission without removing this plate. I was thinking a little bit of heat, warm the adhesive up. I'm assuming its window urethane, has the same texture. Fast help appreciated. I'm not finding anything on the web to help me here.

And heat works pretty damn well. Take it to the underneath and it doesn't take much. Lol

Pry it up. Once you break the seal you will be able to pull the rest up
