Are these the correct mods for my truck?

1999 F350 7.3L, 4-door, long bed, 4x4 on 35" tires with 145k miles
All stock...mechanically speaking.

DP Tuner Infinity Monitor / EGT Kit / Tow Tune & Daily Driver Tune
AFE 2 cold air intake
Turbo back MBRP 4" stainless exhaust with no cat

Am I missing anything?
Are there other semi basic mods I should be considering?

Thanks!

Fuel pressure gauge. If you tow a lot or heavy 6.0 trans cooler.

Doesn't the DP Tuner Infinity monitor fuel pressure?
I do tow heavy and quite a lot...are 6.0 coolers that much more effective?

No. There's only 2 things that cannot be seen through the OBDII port. Fuel pressure and egt. I'm not up to date on the infinity but I imagine that just like your egt kit you should be able to buy a kit for your fuel pressure. Worse case is a dedicated fuel gauge.
Yes. If you tow heavy and tow a lot then you want the 6.0 trans cooler. Nothing kills a trans faster than heat

This would be a good time for Justin or Diane from DP to step in and confirm whether or not the OP's "EGT KIT" included the CEI module that permits the addition of a number of other (up to 4? up to 8?) independent gauges to be read by the Infinity, that are not natively reported by the PCM through the DLC.

Before doing anything to modify the truck, you should ensure it is running up to 100% of its capability. Do you have a scan tool or some sort of monitoring device like Torque Pro or Forscan? Does your air charge system have any leaks? Are you sure the up-pipes and down pipe is sealed properly? How about the HPOP, IPR, ICP and EBP sensor, are they in good working order?

Once you have verified that the truck is 100%, then I would start looking at turbo wheels, 4" exhaust, etc...

The only things I would consider without checking over the truck would be a 6.0 transmission cooler if you have an automatic, changing all the fluids and installing a new air intake if you have the old factory one.

The Infinity the OP already has serves as a scantool and monitoring device, without the need to deal with the latency or flakiness of some of the Bluetooth Elm327 emulating devices out there.

Just for me, is it an early build truck or late 99. The T500 made a big difference with Jodies tunes. Way more power on the freeway for passing and picked mpg also. But mine was an early 99, so the 15 HPOP. And yes, the 6.0 trans cooler makes a big difference. But if you didn't buy yours new, check to see what it has. They mitt of upgraded already.

Well, I don't have any codes according to my scan tool. I do believe however I may have an issue with my injectors...the truck has to crank a bit more to start when cold, it makes almost no power until it's warm and I have a serious decrease in MPG's.
Part of my reasoning to spring for the Infinity is for it's diagnostic capabilities...particularly for it ability to test the injectors.
I'm definitely adding the 6.0 cooler to my immediate mod list. Would you guys buy one used?

I haven't actually got one yet...but I plan to order one ASAP

I think mine is considered a late build...it was built April 1999.
I bought my truck brand new...it has the stock trans cooler

I'll add 4.30 gearing, specifically if you tow a lot and are running 35s. HUGE difference in road manners. Wish I'd done mine sooner. Trans cooler, I'd go new, but can't say no on a good used one.

Good point...I'll probably end up re-gearing if the added gains as a result of the other mods aren't enough.
